CHARLESTON, WV - Strong thunderstorms slowly moved over the Charleston area on Tuesday, triggering flash flooding across portions of the county. Flooding problems were relatively minor, but several roads were blocked by flowing water and debris. Watersheds affected were mainly along I-79 from Elkview to Clendenin and north of the Kanawha River from Rand to Cedar Grove.
